Healthier Vegan Nutella!

This one's my husband's creation to spoil me every once in a while :D <3

(Makes approx. 550 gr.)

Ingredients:

  • 250 gr. hazelnuts

  • 30 gr. cashews

  • 120 gr. chocolate

  • 1 tbsp. vanilla sugar

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 tbsp. Cocoa powder

  • 80 gr. icing sugar

  • 1 tsp. coconut oil (odorless)

  • 1 tbsp vanilla


Directions:

Put the hazelnuts in the oven (180ºC) for 8 mins.

Peel the hazelnuts rubbing them with a clean cloth.

In a food processor blend the hazelnuts until a cream is formed.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Adjust sweetness and flavor to taste.
