Stuffed Champignons

Here's a quick idea for a party dish :)

I made the filling by chopping the mushroom stalks, adding crushed garlic, chopped parsley, and other fresh herbs, gluten-free bread crumbs, some mashed cashews and pine nuts, coconut cream, vegan cheese, a tiny bit of maple, salt, and pepper...and just a tiny bit of that rosé wine I was having 😆🥂 . 

I put them in the oven for 15 min at 200°C and done! 👌🏻🌱
