Alex's Pizza Dough Recipe
(For about two pizzas approx.)
Mix in a Mixer bowl:
Add to the mix slowly:
Once everything is mixed, stretch out the dough on pizza trays lined with parchment paper and let rise for 1h/2h. Bake first the masses for 5 mins. Bake pizzas at 210ºC for 10-15 mins. approx.
Mix in a Mixer bowl:
- 130g brown rice flour
- 90g white rice flour
- 80g potato starch
- 50g cornstarch
- 30g corn flour (fine)
- 15g buckwheat flour
- 10g corn flour (coarse)
- 1 tablespoon almond flour
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husks
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
Add to the mix slowly:
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1 teaspoon salt (dissolved in ¼ cup of water)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon margarine
