Carob-Chocolate Mugcake


Ingredients:
  • 4 tbsp rice flour
  • 3 tbsp gluten-free oat flour
  • 2 tbsp carob flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • chocolate chips
  • 100 ml. almond or other plant milk
  • 3 tbsp soy yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:

Simply, mix well all the ingredients in a microwave-safe mug, place in the microwave and cook for 3 min (700W). Let cool. Enjoy! I like to eat it with a glass of vanilla soy milk :D

Tip: I sometimes hide a couple of chocolate squares in the dough for a melted middle (In this case I forgot, so I added them afterward, hence the hole XD).
