Chocolate Chips Vanilla Mugcake

This is a quick version of the other mugcake recipe I posted before. 
I just thought I’d add this one with the adjustments I made:

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp rice flour
  • 3 tbsp gluten-free oat flour or rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • Pinch of vanilla sugar (optional)
  • Dark chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
  • 100 ml. almond or other plant milk
  • 3 tbsp vanilla soy yogurt (or normal soy yogurt and then add vanilla)
Simply, mix well all the ingredients in a microwave-safe mug (or bowl like in this case), and add chocolate chips last. Place in the microwave and cook for 3 min (700W). Let cool. Enjoy!
