Chocolate Chips Vanilla Mugcake
This is a quick version of the other mugcake recipe I posted before.
I just thought I’d add this one with the adjustments I made:
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp rice flour
- 3 tbsp gluten-free oat flour or rolled oats
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- Pinch of vanilla sugar (optional)
- Dark chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
- 100 ml. almond or other plant milk
- 3 tbsp vanilla soy yogurt (or normal soy yogurt and then add vanilla)
